Ki-Atsu Hot Stone Therapy is designed to provide participants with a thorough knowledge of how to perform a treatment utilizing hot stones and how to incorporate hot stone massage into other massage modalities. Students will learn the history of the use of hot stones in treatment, the benefits of hot stone therapy, clients group for which hot stone therapy should not be used, and a protocol for giving a hot stone treatment. Chakra stones during a hot tone massage will also be covered.
